ImmunExcel

Your body's immune system needs to function at optimal levels in order to keep you as healthy as possible. Your immune system, which is made up of various types of cells, proteins, and tissues, helps you ward off germs, bacteria, viruses and other harmful microorganisms. If you do not have a strong immune system, you become susceptible to diseases.

The immune system is the your body's first defense against infectious organisms and other invaders. Through a series of steps called the immune response, the immune system attacks organisms and substances that invade body systems and cause disease.

Unfortunately...

Nowadays, everything is fast – fast work, fast services, and fast food. According to studies, to maintain good health, your body needs about 40 different nutrients. These nutrients are found from many different sources such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods and more. But, the question is; can you really keep up with your body needs in this fast-paced world?

See, we often forget how important our immune system is. Bad eating habits, a lack (or excessive) of exercise, elevated stress levels and polluted environment are all challenging your immune system.

It's true! Too much exercise may decrease immunity. However, there is also evidence that too much intense exercise can reduce immunity. This research is showing that more than 90 minutes of high-intensity endurance exercise can make athletes susceptible to illness for up to 72 hours after the exercise session. This is important information for those who compete in longer events such as marathons or triathlons.

Intense exercise seems to cause a temporary decrease in immune system function. Research has found that during intense physical exertion, the body produces certain hormones that temporarily lower immunity.

Exercise

Cortisol and adrenaline, known as the stress hormones, raise blood pressure and cholesterol levels and suppress the immune system. This effect has been linked to the increased susceptibility to infection in endurance athletes after extreme exercise.

If you are training for ultra-endurance events, a key component of your training should be including enough rest and recovery days to allow your body (immune system) to recover. If you are feeling run-down or have other symptoms of overtraining syndrome --such as increased resting heart rate, slower recovery heart rate, irritability or general heaviness and fatigue -- you may need to tone down your workouts as well.

Everyone experiences stress.

Whether it is everyday hassles, such as being stuck in traffic, or more acute forms of stress, such as pain or traumatic experiences, stress plays a part in everyone's lives.

Altered mood states such as depression, anxiety, and panic are harmful to the body in many ways. Secondary symptoms such as fatigue, difficulties with memory and concentration, aches and pains, and problems with sleep are common in people with mood disorders.

The following factors have all been associated with impaired immune function and increased risk of catching diseases:
  • Stress
  • Poor nutrition
  • Fatigue and lack of sleep
  • Lack of exercise
  • Cigarette smoking
  • Overtraining syndrome

There are only 2 types of people in the world: those who take care of themselves and live healthy and those who don’t. Everyone knows that it’s easier to prevent any sickness than to fight it, and we all know that the best way to prevent is by living a healthy lifestyle and improving your immune system altogether.

Colostrum Supplement

Colostrum is Mother Nature's FIRST food. It is likely that colostrum was the very first nourishment you received after being born. Colostrum is an enriched balance of powerful antibodies, proteins, antioxidants, immunoglobulins, growth factors, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and essential vitamins specially designed to ensure the survival of the newborn.

This enriched fluid is produced by the mother's mammary glands during the first 24-48 hours after birth. Colostrum's nutritional factors are astounding, and are only possible from nature. Colostrum from dairy cows is not species-specific, and is a great human dietary supplement.

Vitamin C is required for the synthesis of collagen, an important structural component of blood vessels, tendons, ligaments, and bone.

Echinacea purpurea , the purple coneflower is one of the most popular herbs in America today.

Golden Seal contains calcium, iron, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin C Vitamin E B-complex, and other nutrients and minerals. Considered to be a broad-spectrum herb, Golden Seal is extremely popular and very much in demand.

You see, when your body is under attack, it needs more than a few nutrients to fight and protect it's front line. With ImmunExcel, you can support your immune system naturally, with and prepare your body to win the day, every single day.

Strengthen Immune System

In order to curb our society’s issues with obesity, lack of daily physical activity and poor eating habits, we need to come together as a society for change, but we also need to look at our own individual responsibilities.

We live in a very different world today than it was 30 years ago, and it will be a very different world 30 years from now, but that is no excuse to not take responsibility for our own health and well-being. As the world changes and evolves, we too must find new, creative and sustainable ways of staying ACTIVE and HEALTHY.
